A pleasure coming back to this excellent Champagne Rosé!
A crisp blend of Pinot Noir (44%), Chardonnay (35%) and Meunier (21%), aged 7y in the estate cellars, including 6m after disgorgement.
Complex and elegant, with vivid acidity, persistent small size perlage and great length.
Orange color, red fruits aromas/flavors, specially strawberry, raspberry and cherry, mineral, slightly floral, with notes of citrus zest and spices. Dry and fresh, with a juicy and zesty finish. Splendid fizz!
